About This Property
The renter will have access to 2 rooms in this spacious apartment. Each room about 130 sq ft (11.83'x 11.16'). Please view photo 1 and photo 2. and access to main area when there is off work hours, as well as kitchen, and bathroom (Please note that we currently use living room and diving room area as our home working space) The building is located in the DeMun neighborhood of Clayton, within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, about 20 mins walking from Washington University, and about 5 mins walk to Forest Park and DeMun Concordia parks. The unit is spacious and well-maintained with hardwood floors, a newly renovated kitchen and central air. The space has lots of windows with calming vibes, the room filled with natural light. We looking for a vaccinated female renter to share a two bedrooms apartment with a female teacher. Please notice that we will use sharing area (living room + dining room) for in-door and online class 2-3 times a day, so we will like the space open without common living room/ dining room setting such table, TV and so on. You will be informed about the class schedule. Requirement: (please read) 1. Vaccinated female renter who is willing to share apartment with 1 female 2. Will accept the main will be use as class room 2-3 times per day. (in-door and online) 3. Sorry, no pets! 4. We prefer our renter to rent 2 rooms for $1,100/month that are accepting a minimum 12 month lease 5. We require 2 months' rent before move-in (please send your application first) 6.
