Ready for showing, available September 15th! You'll love this cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom single family home nestled right in the heart of Squirrel Hill South! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the bright living room which leads into the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen which includes: stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a small back yard. On the 2nd floor you will find three bedrooms and a full bathroom. Window unit AC included, convenient off street parking behind the house(driveway is used by neighbor as well), lovely covered front porch, pet friendly. In the basement there is a small half bath and leftover washer and dryer tenants may use, landlord will not replace them though. We would love to give you a tour of this home and we do not require any type of payment to schedule a showing. Please be cautious of scams and only schedule with the leasing specialist with Arbors Management. Minutes from the parkway East, Schenley Park, Squirrel Hill shops/restaurants, downtown, and walking distance to Frick Park and the Blue Slide Playground.
