Sorry, NOT for large pet. And NO smokers. Very Nice location in beautiful peaceful neighborhood and convenience of proximity to almost anything. Church/ temple is located next to property as well. Area is very peaceful and hardly no known crimes as the neighborhood is very close knit, vigilant, and conscious about who lives or belongs in our community. Neighbors do keep mostly to themselves but they still are very vigilant. Plenty of free parking large enough for several large vehicles such as work or construction trucks, trailer, etc. Residence is located about 1 block from 4 shopping plazas (1 at each corner of intersection), two convenience store, plus pizza, hamburger, chicken and many other restaurants there... also there are several bus stops available at these locations. Many other shopping plazas located at every block along the main avenue. Walmart about 2 miles away, HEB another half mile from there. Property is managed by responsible landlord.
