Bright, cozy home with the main level featuring main bedroom with King bed behind beautiful French doors, and a 2nd bedroom/office with futon couch for one. Full bathroom with soaking clawfoot tub/shower. Downstairs - ground level daylight basement newly remodeled with abundant natural light (5 windows), bedroom (Queen bed) and new bathroom, with shower, along with love seat and TV and music living area. Cool 1950s style kitchen fully-stocked with tools and dish ware (gas range, coffee maker, etc.). Relaxing fenced "secret garden" with comfy Adirondack chairs, and dining table with umbrella and 4 chairs to enjoy morning coffee and fresh sea breeze. Or just take your coffee mug on a 2-minute stroll to majestic water and mountain views. Additional private, newly-renovated separate office space/guest bedroom with separate French door entry and lots of windows for virtual work or yoga -- or guest quarters. Includes new sleeper sofa that opens to comfy single bed, desk, and speedy and strong Wifi internet. Technology: new 50" 4K Sony TV, with Apple TV streaming device (with HBO, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon and more); Sonos multi-room sound system; super fast (400+ MBPS down) internet/wifi, plus 32" TV downstairs with Apple TV streaming as well, plus a turntable. Washer (new) and dryer in house. No pets, please. No smoking inside the house (smoking in the front garden or back patio is okay). Utilities not included. Security deposit $1,900 (refundable, less any damage to house, furnishings or property). Cleaning fee $190 (non-refundable). Application fee: $39 (non-refundable). Next available October 1, 2023.
