Walking distance to YMCA, and Highland Park which has tennis courts, kids playground, baseball field, and track, and Forest Hill Park with its public parks and golf course, short commute to Trader Joe's in Rego Park and Howard Beach. Located in Brooklyn, bordering Woodhaven, Queens. The unit has its own thermostat; tenants pay for light and cooking gas. Water and heat are covered by the owner. Large bedroom fits Queen size bed.
