2 bed, 2 bath 2-story duplex condo in Sequim. This two level home is just off Old Olympic Highway near the Sequim-Dungeness Way roundabout. On the entry level are the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and large living room. Upstairs is a second bedroom, bathroom w/ walk-in shower, wet bar area, and large deck. There's a nice wood stove in the living room and electric cadet heating. Lots of built-in storage space and a 2 car garage with electric openers. Laundry hookups are in the garage, bring your own units. Yard care and sewer/septic are included in the rent and the tenant pays for water, electricity, and garbage. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent, security deposit, and non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for a long-term, responsible tenant with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month.
