The property is 2 miles from the U.S. National Whitewater Center, which offers yoga, hiking, mountain biking, zip lining, summer camps, outdoor concerts, climbing, kayaking, and white water rafting all in one place. Animals are not allowed, and bringing a pet in violation of house rules incurs an additional $250 daily fine. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Parties and events are not permitted, and hosting a party will result in eviction without a refund. Late checkouts can be arranged (when available) for an additional $100 fee and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Emergencies happen, so just let the host know as soon as possible. A $150 charge applies to guests still on the property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for the arrival of the next guests. The cleaning crew will enter the home at 11 AM to clean. Important house rules include additional cleaning billed at an hourly rate of $50. No additional guests other than the ones staying are allowed without prior arrangement, and violating this will incur a $200 charge per person per day. No crypto mining on the premises, and if found, it will result in eviction without a refund. Hot tub rules include showering with soap and water before entering, entering and exiting slowly where the stairs are located, no jumping or diving, no glass in or near the hot tub, and no use of alcohol, narcotics, or medications on the premises and in the hot tub. Elderly or pregnant women should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Do not enter if the temperature is higher than 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Limit your soak to 15 minutes and cool off before re-entry. Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, or any serious illness should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub. Replace the spa cover after each use, do not sit or lie down on the spa cover, turn off jets after use, do not use soap or oils in the spa, and turn off Bluetooth speakers after 10 pm in the spa.
