Effectively the fourth floor penthouse. Location: Miracle Mile (immediately south of West Hollywood, south-west of Hollywood, and east of Beverly Hills). A short walk from LACMA, the Grove, and numerous great restaurants that are still open. Gas is paid for by the building. It's also rent controlled. Lovely private views over downtown. East and west facing rooms fill the apartment with great light. Unfurnished apartment. Can send video tours of the apartment both furnished and empty. Available immediately. LEASE PROCESS: You need to demonstrate 3x rent as income and have a very good to excellent credit score (or have a guarantor). There's a $40 application fee that has to be paid as a money order. They can usually process the application in 24 hours. Lease is renewable but will kick over to month-to-month in February.
