Note: Construction project means balcony will not be available until mid-to late April, but you can receive a 30% discount on rent for the first month to compensate for the annoyance. The building has a roof deck and is close to many parks, so still opportunity for outdoor space and in late April/May you'll have a beautiful, brand new balcony to enjoy. Happy to answer any questions about the project! This well laid out 2-bdrm, 2 bath condo will provide the perfect home base for your adventures. Fully furnished with utilities included, all you need to bring are your own sheets (and honestly, we can probably provide those too). Main bedroom includes an en-suite bath, Queen size bed with under bed storage, large closet, and dresser, Includes remote controlled black out blinds and views of Queen Anne Hill Second bedroom is set up as an office and guest room, but owner is willing to swap out furniture to create a bedroom for a long-term tenant. The room features locally crafted built in bookshelves, remote controlled black-out blinds, window with Puget Sound view, and a Room and Board sofa that converts into a queen sized bed. Also in that room are a desk, external monitor, printer, and more storage. You could use this space as a work out room, reading room, or office. Living room/kitchen features sectional sofa that also converts to a full size bed (even more guest space), Samsung Frame TV that swivels out from the wall, Bosch dishwasher, Samsung fridge with flex zone for storing drinks, induction stove with convection oven, microwave, and Cuisinart toaster oven. The best part a large balcony with comfortable furniture and views of the Puget Sound. Watch ferries and freighters come and go in privacy, or head 1 floor upstairs to the buildings shared roof deck for even more expansive views of Space Needle, City, and Sound. Located on the top floor of a 28-unit condo building, this condo is a dream for transit, biking, and walking. Condo is three blocks from two grocery stores, about 10 min walk from the sky bridge to Myrtle Edwards Park/Sculpture Park, and 5 min to Seattle Center (including Pacific Northwest Ballet, Seattle Opera, and Seattle Repertory Theater) and Space Needle, where you can take the Monorail to Westlake Light Rail station. There are many bars and restaurants in walking distance, and we are an easy 10 min trip from Ballard or Fremont neighborhoods, Multiple bus lines serving downtown, University district are nearby, including the Rapid Ride D line, which stops right on the corner. Protected bike lanes give you easy access to downtown or Burke Gilman Trail to bike to UW take advantage of the city's electric bike share program for easy riding, and the building also has a secure bike room. Parking for up to two cars is included, and the building has a bike storage room. I live with my partner about 0.5 miles away, so on hand to quickly address any issues. NOTE: There is no air conditioning in this building, but mobile air conditioner provided for the bedroom
