You're a 10 minute stroll to the northeast section of Green Lake, the historic neighborhood with tons of restaurants, nightlife, and gorgeous scenery. You're walking distance to grocery stores, gyms, and other businesses. Head up Lake City way to see another charming Seattle neighborhood. Even better, you're right off of the I-5, which makes for an incredibly easy commute to downtown, UW, or anywhere else in Seattle. Owners are in the upstairs unit with a young child. We are quiet (at least the parents are), respectful, hard-working people, and are looking for a tenant with the same values. As the backyard connects to owners' living area, it is not available to the tenant. Laundry is on the same floor as the tenant and will be shared with owner.
