Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are all inclusive in the monthly rent. Heat source is electric baseboard and wood burning fireplace, no AC. This home is pet friendly for a small dog or cat. There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent per approved pet.
