(734) 349-3696 - 620 S State St, Chi Psi Fraternity home, known on campus as the 'Lodge', has been a University of Michigan fixture for 100+ years! The home has been historically updated and renovated over the years to provide for an academic-centric living space for upper-class and Graduate students studying at the University of Michigan. The Lodge is located across the street from the School of Law, Public Policy Bldg, and a short walk across the quad to the Ross School of Business makes this a premier location at the University of Michigan. The Lodge offers 3 community bathrooms (1 large one for the men) and 2 for the women throughout the house. They all offer private showers with doors (NO shower curtains), private toilet stalls with full-length wooden doors, and granite vanity countertops with multiple sinks. The entire 1st floor has plenty of furnished and open social and study spaces such as a large dining room, a grand piano (that may be used by the members), and a large living-sitting area. You also have access to a night kitchen for light cooking and free laundry machines (2 w/2 d) along with 2 additional powder rooms for your guests. The Lodge has an on-site Resident Adviser to assist with any immediate needs and requests as well as to help ensure all members are following the smoke-free and substance-free policies and quiet hours from 10 p.m.- 8 a.m./daily.
