This gorgeous 100 year old house was completely renovated 4 years ago with a new electrical system, new plumbing, granite countertops, and new appliances. Close to Old Colorado City and Downtown Colorado Springs. The living room is spacious with original wood floors and giant windows. the kitchen has tons of counter space with many outlets, a bar for eating and also has giant windows. Lots of natural light in this home! There are two bedrooms and a completely remodeled bathroom. There is a stackable washer/dryer off of the kitchen and big storage/utility room underneath the house. The backyard has a small patio and a yard (not fenced) with plenty of room for good Colorado living. Our requirements are: all adults need to have a 650 or higher credit score and documentable income of 2x the rent. We do full background and credit checks. We require renters insurance. Tenant pays for utilities and trash and is responsible for yard maintenance and snow removal.
