Cozy two-bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment nestled in Arlington’s Alcova Heights neighborhood. There is a private entrance into the space as well as an outdoor deck and plenty of free, unrestricted street parking. New flooring was just installed in the living room and hallway and the washer, dryer and refrigerator were all purchased within the last two years. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Easy access to all major roads and highways (395, 66, 50). The closest Metro stops are in Ballston (2 miles) and Pentagon City (3.5 miles).
