Pet-friendly for 2 pets with a non-refundable $250 pet fee and a $35 per pet per month pet fee added to the rent with owner approval. Requirements: Gross income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent. No felonies or evictions in the past 7 years. A valid Tax ID or Passport is accepted. Section 8 is not accepted for this property. No more than one bankruptcy over 2 years old. A credit score of 600+ is preferred for at least one lease signer. Pro-rated first month’s rent (if applicable) plus one full month’s rent, which may be combined among applicants.
