The apartment also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. A pet fee, ranging from $100 to $300 based on stay length, will be collected separately for a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. Enjoy the buzz of Glendale Town Center, a vibrant hub filled with shopping, dining, and entertainment. With everything at your doorstep and downtown just minutes away, it’s the perfect blend of fun and convenience. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
