The location is very walkable, and Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available. This is a smoke-free environment; smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside the apartment, including balconies, patios, common, and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation that may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No parties or outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must be at least 22 years old to make a reservation, with exceptions for students/interns, and a valid government-issued photo ID is required to complete the booking.
