Loft space available in shared Old Town home. $1,600/month flat rate, all utilities included. 1-year lease term firm (June 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027). This space is the big, bright, beautiful 3rd floor loft of a historic Old Town home. It features tons of natural light, a huge bathroom with a double vanity, recently remodeled shower, and a large stand-alone soaking tub. Central A/C + heat plus an additional mini-split AC to keep it cool all summer long. Expansive closets and storage space is also a plus. It can come fully furnished. All common areas in the house are professionally cleaned 2x/week. 6 tenants live on-site in separate units. Everyone is quiet, a working professional, and respectful of everyones space. Our place is a 5,000 square foot home built in 1905, and is on the historic register. The woodwork inside the common areas is gorgeous. We used to be the Fernweh Hostel but we've shifted to long-term rentals in the last couple years. --We've got a backyard with hammocks, a gas firepit, plenty of seating, and a huge garden. --Shared kitchen has 2 fridges, 2 ovens, a gas range, organized food storage, and all the cooking utensils and smaller appliances one might need. Coffee, tea, spices, oils, and baking supplies are stocked weekly. --Co-working space inside the house for quiet work time, including a printer and other supplies. --Roku on the TV in the living room set up for streaming services. Wifi, gas, electric, water, trash, heat, A/C, housekeeping, and parking are included in rent of $1600/month (additional $38 background check and $1600 deposit upon signing).
