It features a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, high-speed internet, a 55-inch smart TV in the living room, smart TVs in all bedrooms, tower fans, white noise machines, a hair dryer, a handheld steamer, and a dryer. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night. Street permit parking for one vehicle is available for free. If parking for additional cars is needed, the same street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee. The location could honestly not be more perfect! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out. The Short North District and the Greater Columbus Convention Center are each a 5-minute walk. Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk. Ohio State University campus and the downtown Columbus area are less than 1 mile away. Kroger Food Market is less than 1 mile away. Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive, CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive/uber, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city. Walking is the best way to enjoy Short North! Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed.
