Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed.
