Everything is excellent and safe here in this apartment. The apartments is always updated and renovated. The pool is clean and it the best for summer. It has its own gym.

Really enjoy living here, the only downside is the gym isn’t really all that great - could use a squat rack/smith machine. Pool is nice. Service requests are taken care of quickly.

I was hesitant about moving in because the office was busy prior to my move in date and it was hard to get an email response back. They did however pick up the phone every time I called, and tried their best to answer any questions I had. The move in process was smooth and I got all the information I needed in the move in packet.
The turnover in the office is really fast, I rarely recognize people after six months. There are a ton of random charges you dont have a choice about paying, even if you don't use the service (trash valet, spectrum cable). Finally, inconvenient things are constantly happening. They randomly deactivated our fobs this week while everybody was at work. We've experienced fire alarms several times at 2am due to electrical problems. The AC in the gym breaks down every few weeks. It's a good price for the location, but expect some frustration.
I think very good. The community is quiet. The coffee machine is soooo good. I love it. Leasing office is in the lobby so you can directly go to them and ask questions. I love fetch service, super convenient.
Friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was clean and in good condition upon move in. Location is close walk out drive to downtown which is great.

Excellent community and amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Moving in was a seamless process, and my apartment has been more than I was excepting.
Nice apartment. I like the ambiance and my unit. Although, there are some that I don’t like noisy pool,some of the appliances are not in good condition during my moving in and the maintenance are slowly responding my concerns.
Nice community with convenient amenities. The staff are friendly and easy to get in contact with. Overall my apartment was in great condition on the date that I moved in. Just a few minor things that require maintenance.
I have just moved in and love the apartment and all the amenities, however, the lease move in process was not as smooth as it should have been. I had to follow up regarding having my lease sent to me, which should have been already done. Additionally, when I arrived I still had to do several steps in the process which could have already been done before the move in with proper instructions. For feedback, I would suggest improving this process to be more efficient and a better experience for the renter.
605 West End is a good area to live in. I met a lot of people from different states. There is also a bus stop nearby that connects to my workplace.

Love it here, just wish the gym had a few more machines. Really hoping they start that project soon. Also really like the food trucks that come out and make dinner easy.

Great place to live. Walking distance to ATC downtown. There is a host of other activities at the apartment complex that fosters a sense of community by allowing you to engage with the other residents. The pool and gym are a plus to living here.

“I recently renewed my lease primarily because of the apartment’s convenient location. However, I’m disappointed that a stained mirror in my unit has not been replaced since I moved in. Additionally, there are no perks or incentives for renewing tenants, which would have been appreciated. The pool is also closed for a significant portion of the year, limiting its use. While the location works for me, I wish the management would be more responsive to concerns and improve amenities.”

I love the sense of community between the social events offered as well as the prompt service of the management office. However, I took off one star because I feel that a fraction of the other units don't respect the property as much as they should. It's a gorgeous and enriching building and should be treated as such. All in all, I love it here!

I love the gym and parking garage. Amenities here are hard to beat. Upgrades to the gym (more machines) would be nice. The fire alarm system malfunctions frequently which is unfortunate. Beats the last place I was at though.

The facilities are quite nice and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and responsive. The moving is quite smooth too with the large elevator located in parking deck. The down point is really the noise from the road at midnight. Since this apartment is located at the boarder of Durham downtown, there are occasionally reckless drivers driving with noisy vehicles in the midnight, which can be annoying sometimes.
