About This Property
Beautiful 2nd-floor apartment in a converted Victorian house in downtown Ann Arbor. Walkable distance to Kerrytown, State Street, downtown, and more! Great lighting, large bedroom, pet friendly, with your own private driveway with plenty of parking in the back of the house. 5 Large closets provide all of the storage you need and full private access to the attic in case you want additional space. We are looking for subtenants to take over our current lease. It would be a sublet lease flexible June 1st move-in (ending September 30, 2022) or longer lease terms could be negotiated. No pet fee, no additional parking fees. All utilities are paid by the tenant except for trash.
