Surveillance cameras monitor common areas, but not inside the apartment. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and no pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. The unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation, per building rules. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application.
