House is a bit dated, as you can see from the photos, but it has everything you need and lots you don’t – huge sun room, open concept, large windows, big rooms, new ductless heat pumps, vaulted ceilings, washer/dryer, dishwasher, deep jetted tub, and large custom bar for hosting. The property comes unfurnished and tenancy requires a 1-year lease. Monthly rent is $2,500 per month plus a flat rate of $450 per month for utilities (water, sewer, garbage, & electric). Tenant is responsible for internet, cable, and phone if desired. First, last, damage deposit ($1,000), and pet deposit ($500 per pet, if applicable) required upon receiving keys. The property is flush with natural beauty and therefore requires routine maintenance such as trimming trees, weedeating hillside, pruning bushes and mowing the yard and orchard. Typically, this is performed by the tenants (riding mower, weedeaters, trimmers, and hand tools are provided - fuel is not), however, it can be outsourced at the tenant's expense. Property has a small ADU currently occupied off the detached garage by a long-term, mature, quiet, stable, friendly, and respectful bachelor with medium-sized dog. Some of the yard is considered shared space and all tenants are expected to be mature, orderly, and respectful. Serious applicants only, please.
