Pet rent is $90 per dog per month, with a strict no cats policy. Please ensure your dog is added to the reservation. The host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building, while guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. Check-out time is 10 AM, and failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. The property is non-smoking and non-vaping, with violation resulting in damage fees. Noise disturbances are monitored, and additional disturbances may result in eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for removing all personal property at check-out, with a minimum $50 fee for returning items left behind.
