There is a shared laundry room and an extra storage unit for you on the lower level. The large tiled, living area is open to the kitchen with room for a dining table or island. Located down the hall are two large, carpeted bedrooms with one full bath. All of the following is INCLUDED in your monthly rent: Gas HEAT, water, trash, recycling, organics recycling, storage unit, lawn care and snow removal. You pay for electricity, internet. We have a private parking lot for our residents and their guests. In the summer, use our organic summer garden plot to plant your veggies and flowers! Application fee $30, background and credit check required. One month's rent security deposit and one year lease commitment. Non-smoking property, strictly enforced. NO PETS.
