A refinished large office / studio / all-purpose room includes sliding glass doors opening south to the large cat-tail field, and a south-facing covered front porch with views of the foothills ideal for a couple of rocking chairs. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. The home features stainless steel appliances (fridge, gas range, and dishwasher), and upgrades of granite countertops, newer ceiling fans in all bedrooms, a fully-renovated full-bathroom with tiled shower and floor, a half-bathroom off the master bedroom, and includes newer washer & dryer appliances in good working condition. New hot water heater (2021), new furnace (2022), and new septic system (2025) installed to bring all major home systems up to current and excellent working condition. The home does not have air conditioning, but tenants may consider window units in bedroom(s) if desired. A 10'x10' storage shed and a separate 10'x12' greenhouse stand alone in the northeast corner of the yard. A completed rental application is required for each adult, which includes consent for a credit and background check. There is a $40 non-refundable application fee for each adult.
