The unit is on ground floor, facing quiet street, with cloth silhouette blinds for light and privacy. Building is small and tight-knit so being friendly to your neighbors is a plus. 15th Avenue is very walkable and has restaurants, bars, bakeries, grocery, pharmacy, but is still quiet. Close to Volunteer Park, Broadway, and easy access to 520/I-5 and to SLU/Downtown with bus access 200 feet from the front door. Renter pays electric and internet, all other utilities covered and I'm looking for a year lease.
