About 600 Columbus Ave New York, NY 10024
Bright corner apartment with great views above nearby buildings. Open concept with connecting kitchen, dining and living room. Two large bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Each room has hard wood floors, a built-in AC/radiator unit and two large windows. The apartment is located on the 11th floor of a well-managed building with 24h/7 doorman, on-site super, gym, laundry room, bike room and a rooftop patio with sun-chairs and tables. The building is located on a quiet UWS street one block from Central Park, a short 5-7 min walk to 1 and B/C line subway stations and across the street from a Citibike station. Conveniently located close to many shops, grocery stores (Trader Joe's and Whole Foods amongst others), pharmacies, great restaurants and cafes. Close to several good schools. We have been living in this apartment for close to two years and are happy to answer any questions. While we will be breaking our lease (leaving 2 months early because of a move to the West Coast), you would sign your own 1 year lease directly with the building management (no broker - no fees!), requiring credit check and income verification (40x rent).

New York City’s Upper West Side is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Manhattan. While landmarks like the Metropolitan Opera, the Lincoln Center, and the American Museum of Natural History lend a distinctly highbrow air to the landscape, the overall community environment favors down-to-earth personalities and accessible neighborhood amenities.
So what’s it like to live in the Upper West Side, and what exactly is this neighborhood known for? The local dining scene is superb, featuring a vast landscape of restaurants representing every style and flavor imaginable, most of which are affordable enough to become regular stops. Grocers and retail stores are close at hand, and everywhere in the Upper West Side is within walking distance of Central Park— those living near the eastern edge of the neighborhood can enjoy gorgeous views of the sun rising over the park every morning.
