New carpeting in bedroom installed approximately one year ago. -Walk-in closet with plenty of shelf space and room to hang clothing. -Washer and dryer in a separate closet. -Central heating and air conditioning with easy-to-use programmable thermostat. -Large bathroom with big tub, lots of counter space, and additional closet to store additional items. -One space in a secure, underground parking garage on ground floor of building. -24-hour access to the Cascades Gym with treadmills, elliptical machines, a stationary bike, and weights. -Access to the Cascades common room with piano, pool table, and room to lounge. Residents may reserve the room for events and other functions. -Access to the Cascades courtyard with views of the Winooski River and a fire pit. -Cats and dogs are welcome subject to approval and additional pet deposit.
