Living here is myself, a 30something lady-working professional who decided to ""downgrade"" and start really saving for what I really want or want to do in life. I am always in-and-out so never really get in anyone's way. I am Training for a Triathlon!!, love traveling, love NYC, actually used to live there.. Oh, and I currently work in the medical field! We're both spiritual, but don't let the image of a Monk that just popped into your head affect how you feel lol. We try to mediate more, eat better, sacred geometry, musics of all kinds and with friends of all kinds. Music is played loud at respectable hours, my roommate makes sure everything is locked before he sleeps haha. Neither of us smoke tobacco (or pcp or crack lol) but we are as friendly to fourtwenty as Washington D.C. is. My roommate is a bit younger than me but you would never know. He is a working professional 9-5 for fortune 100's or something. Heeee boxes, makes art/music, and is surprisingly maature. Its nice I don't need to worry about anything when he is around, best random roommate I've ever had. AND He Cleans lol!!! But we all clean! And keep things clean. You will too. Are roommate now is doing something very Admiral.. Quitting his Multinational Fortune 100 Company and going after what he wants. No worries, blood was not shed upon the availability of this room.. DO NOT Apply if: - If you cannot handle $800/Month - You're Not Clean- dishes do not get left in the sink in this apartment.
