FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. This level also has a king bedroom with private bath as well as a queen bedroom with private bath and access to the exterior stairwell to the outdoor grilling area. The entire second floor of this home is the dreamy master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath. The master bedroom has an expansive walk in closet, sitting area, and deck access. Outside there is an enclosed outdoor shower with rainfall shower head and handheld shower wand- just like the indoor showers! There is a picnic table in the back yard conveniently located near the exterior gas grill and cooler station, so all your beverages stay ice cold while you enjoy the beautiful weather in the back yard. The carport runs the length of the building and can easily accommodate 4 vehicles.
