This is a huge 2nd floor apartment. 4 bedrooms, 1 bath, 2 dining rooms, kitchen, living room, and an office area. There is also a great front porch that overlooks a quiet street. Tons of on street parking. We are including a newer washer and dryer in the basement at no cost. If any students require the apartment to be semi-furnished or with utilities included, just ask and we can come up with a plan. The owners are local and very responsive. The owners will pay for sewer and trash pickup. Tenants will cover their utilities. Each applicant over the age 18 shall be required to complete a rental application. Once the application is accepted, each applicant (over 18) will be required to pay a $20 fee for a credit and background check. Minimum credit score of 680 and income that is 3x the monthly rent. Pets are TBD. No smoking
