To share a bit about the property, it is a duplex, renovated in 2023, with 3 bedrooms on one side and 3 bedrooms on the other side. It is within a 15 minute drive to the Centra General Hospital in Lynchburg. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom. We do rent by the bedroom so you'll share the common areas (kitchen, living, dining room, washer & dryer and front/back yard) with the other tenants (mix of male/female). We do not allow pets, no smoking/vaping anywhere in/on the property and no overnight guests. This is a furnished property so you'll find many of the common conveniences at home, here. We've provided some bathroom toiletries to help you get started as you settle in as well as kitchen & cleaning supplies. As additional safety measures for our tenants, there are exterior security cameras - two in the back of the house and one in the front. There is FREE parking onsite, with six parking stalls available, one for each tenant. We do require all tenants to purchase renters insurance with a personal liability of up to $300k. Depending on which room you are staying in, the refundable (providing no other damage to property excepted for normal wear and tear) security deposit is $800-$850. Both that and the first month's stay is due prior/upon move-in. Both can be paid online via the Innago platform. If you pay via bank transfer, then there is no convenience fee. Paying with a credit/debit card, there is a 2.99% service fee. There are keypad door knob locks installed on all of the bedrooms so you can easily lock your door while you are away. We will provide you with your personal code upon move-in.
