About This Home
The ADU is set on a half-acre private home property with separate access (entrance) from the street to the ADU. It's on the corner of the larger property on Hinton Street so there is a lot of privacy from the main house. The brand new build (just finished) is surrounded by trees, plants, and flowers, and is well-kept. The ADU was designed by a Harvard award-winning architect to give the feeling of spaciousness and openness. There is full access to the pool and pool area, which is a large area. It has seating, tables, lounge chairs, a covered patio area, and plants. The ADU is fully furnished with internet, TV, security, and a gated entrance with separate codes to the entrance gate and ADU. No apartment complexes nearby. This is a private one-bedroom house in a friendly, quiet, walkable residential neighborhood with beautiful properties. A variety of malls and stores are nearby. Easy access to the freeway, canyons that go to the beach, and open space walking trails nearby.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
