This Bungalow s approx. 700 sq. ft., with blonde hardwood floors, one bedroom with brand new king size bed. There is one bathroom, a living room, quaint dining area and an amply sized kitchen. Laundry facilities are on site and free to use. It’s like having your own little home with everything you need. We provide linens, towels, a full kitchen with pots, pans, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave. There is also a portable AC unit if needed. Our Bungalow is perfectly located in North Santa Monica, close to Brentwood, UCLA, the 405 and 10 freeways, Venice, Malibu. We are surrounded by a vast array of grocery stores. Only 3 blocks from Erewhon, An All Organic Market, 1 block to Bristol Farms, a gourmet market and 6 blocks to Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Ralphs, making it very easy for you to shop when needed. It’s a fantastic, quiet, friendly, safe, walkable neighborhood. Rental rate includes all utilities (gas, electricity, water, trash) Smart TV and WIFI (internet) also included.
