House is located in the Crestwood neighborhood and is a 15 minute walk to the Springfield Plaza and VRE rail station. Bike trails, gyms, mall, and major highways (US 495/395) are nearby. INCLUDED: All utilities. Bedroom and living room furniture (mattress and box spring not provided, bedframe fits a queen size mattress). Limited storage available. On street parking available. DIMENSIONS: Living room area is 20 ft x 16 ft at its widest. Bedroom is 15.5 ft x 9.5 ft at its widest. Ceiling in basement is short in some areas. **Anyone over 5'10" in height may have difficulty at this property.** IMPORTANT: No drugs. No cats or dogs. No indoor smoking. Lease agreement will be in writing. Owner has a security clearance for employment. Tenant MUST have a clean background. This house is owned by a LGBT couple that live on the property. Both owner and tenant will be respectful and LGBTQ+ friendly. You must provide an $800 security deposit (to hold the apartment and for damages). Half of the security deposit is refundable only if tenant moves in and lease requirements/duration has been met. Applicant must accept a background check and submit two of their most recent W2 before move in.
