Lease term: 1 month (min) - 12 months Located adjacent to the Gunbarrel office parks, a 10 minute walk to Avery Brewing, and a 10 minute drive to downtown Boulder (20 minutes by bike or bus), the unit comes fully furnished and includes an in-unit washer/dryer, internet access, flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, queen bed, bedding, towels, and desk/study area. The fully-stocked kitchen features granite countertops, large sink, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and cooking amenities. This top-floor unit is private and quiet, surrounded by well-maintained grounds, with access to park, pool and hot tub, tennis courts, and beautiful walking and biking paths. Skiing, hiking, and rock climbing areas are all close by for afternoon excursions or weekend getaways. It was comfortable and incredibly functional. The loft and pull-out couch made for a good space for guests. Great location: pool, community park, and trail system nearby (as a bonus, it leads to Avery Brewing). Utilities were included which again was very convenient for our transition.
