Position Overview The On-Site Manager serves as the on-site point of contact for property observation, safety monitoring, light oversight of common areas, and after-hours emergency coordination. This role focuses on reporting and coordination, not maintenance or janitorial work. Estimated Time Commitment: Approximately 10 hours per week. Flexible scheduling. Limited after-hours emergency response, as needed. Primary Duties Include: Posting management notices Conducting daily property walks to observe safety issues, trash, leaks, lights out, or hazards Light cleaning of common areas (spot sweeping only) Monitoring pool and common areas Checking gates, doors, and common lighting Observing parking areas for unlicensed or abandoned vehicles and reporting concerns Communicating property issues to management Responding to after-hours emergencies and coordinating vendors when necessary Ideal Candidate: Reliable and observant Comfortable communicating with residents and management Able to respond calmly to occasional after-hours emergencies Prior on-site management or property oversight experience preferred (not required) This is a part-time employee position, not an independent contractor role.
