Lovely and well maintained building
Unlike the last reviewer - I love this building! The manager is amazing and so helpful. She goes above and beyond in all aspects. My apartment is beautiful and was ready to go with new flooring and paint when I moved in a few months ago. The few things I found after moving in I notified the manager and she had them addressed immediately. Like any other area we have a problem with homeless rifling threw trash but I see maintenance and the manager out there cleaning it up so I can't complain. I am willing to pay more for a well maintained building - with new windows and doors to save on my utilities

Swiss Chalet Apts.
When I moved in 6 years ago, the on-site manager was helpful and kept the property clean and well-maintained. They have since hired a new manager as well as a new property owner. Garbage is always piled up by the bins, they reek of urine, the outside of the building hasn't been painted or cleaned since, and I just received notice of a rent hike. Very disappointed that this location in an otherwise beautiful part of the city has gone downhill so quickly.
