About This Property

This is a 2 bedroom across from an IDK, a school. Quite neighborhood. We finally evicted the tenant and his adult children that lived with him. We are now totally repainting everything on the top floor. Ceilings. Everything. The bathroom was remolded earlier this year. The duplex has a shared stairway going to the lower level. Your side has another bedroom and a washing machine and dryer. You cover heat and electricity. The rent covers water and trash which is worth about $150 a month. This is a NO smoking drug-free building. If you smoke or use drugs DO NOT apply. The couple on the other side are very nice people with a dog. They want me to rent to drug-free tenants. I agree. This is not a party house. We are looking for quite tenants. We do allow pets. There is a $300 non-refundable security deposit per pet and $50 a month rent per pet. You must pick up after your pet. We provide a lawnmower. In the summer you share moving the lawn with the other tenant and shoveling the snow whenever it snows. There is a one-car garage underneath the house which is included with the rent.
