Unapproved late checkouts will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property, with a $300 fine for any evidence of smoking to cover deep cleaning and ozone treatment. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine, legal action, and possible eviction for any evidence of a party or event. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250.00 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition, and permanent stains will be considered negligent damage. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. Breaking posted house rules, including exceeding occupancy, parking restrictions, or illegal substances, can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building, and noise can transfer easily to neighbors. Guests must agree to the house rules before/during their stay. All guests are screened using a third-party partner and may be asked to provide official government-issued photo ID, contact information, a valid credit card, and complete a verification portal. Mail and package delivery directly to the building/apartment is discouraged; use a nearby pickup/drop-off location for guaranteed receipt. Guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay.
