Loud conversations inside or out that be be a disturbance is not tolerated during quiet hours. The bathrooms have tile flooring. This home stays very cool. The attic has tremendous insulating capacity. The heat is electric radiant. There are multiple security cameras. There is no alarm system. The south bedroom can get a bit warm in the summer. The basement has three separate bedrooms and it’s own entry.
