Property Ratings at 58-60 W 8th St
Cozy studio in the heart of Greenwich Village. Steps away from Washington Square Park, NYU, Parsons, The New School, West 4th st, IFC Center, all major transportation, great restaurants, shopping, and downtown culture. Walk up four flights in a 5 story building to a quiet efficiency apartment, facing a tree lined courtyard with southern and eastern exposure. Lots of light. What the building lacks in amenities is made up by the amount of diverse choices within a few blocks. Seamless never tasted this good.
