Beautiful 1 st floor apartment on the North Smithfield Line. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full new baths and recently renovated, a large apartment with potential to be a 3 bedroom. One of the bathroom tubs will be reglazed ASAP and also the kitchen window and large living room window will be replaced. It has one off street parking spot for one car and plenty of parking along the Providence street and the adjacent road (except during a snow ban). This Gem of an apartment is very bright and airy with three red fur wood floors and large closets. Plenty of space for storage with a specific storage area located in the basement and washer/dryer hookups. There will be an additional $50/month charge if washer/dryer, located in the basement, is used. This apartment INCLUDES heat though hot (the heat is kept at 69 degrees year round and controlled by and paid for by owner). Hot water is the tenant's responsibility but nominal in cost. This location is right on the Bus stop, close to shopping and the highway which is only a mile away. This apartment will not last in this part of Woonsocket.
