This apartment is close to Nationwide Arena Stadium, Short North District, Scioto Audubon Metro Park, Downtown Columbus area, The Book Loft of German Village, Greater Columbus Convention Center, Nationwide Children's Hospital, Ohio State University campus and CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances or any illegal activity are allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children.
