Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. The apartment is centrally located downtown near restaurants and bars on North High Street, including Bakersfield and Jeni's Ice Cream. It is a short walk to The Book Loft of German Village and a short drive to the Short North District, Nationwide Arena Stadium, the Greater Columbus Convention Center, Scioto Audubon Metro Park, Downtown Columbus, Nationwide Children's Hospital, and Ohio State University campus. The CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall are also within a short driving distance. Walking is the best way to enjoy the location. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500. Absolutely no plants in the apartment are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
