Private entrance behind a locked gate, shared back yard, back-deck access. WIFI, electricity/water/gas included. Washer/dryer access on premises. Plenty of street parking with no hourly limits. Outdoor video security monitoring. This is a non-smoking property. No cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or smoking of any kind is allowed in the guest house or on the property, whatsoever.
