The fully stocked kitchen includes a brand-new gas range and dishwasher, spacious fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, knives and cutting board, glasses, flat-wear, and cooking utensils. It is stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, food, and snacks. The den includes a large TV, brand new sectional sofa, and comfy chair, along with a soundbar that you can use with the TV or play music from your device with Bluetooth or an aux cord. The main bathroom includes a large rain-head shower, tub, and marble floating vanity, and is stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and a hair drier. The master bath has a standing shower, and all bathrooms have tile floors. Located in the cozy, safe, and quiet Sheridan Green Neighborhood of Westminster, this house is steps from a beautiful park and open space with mountain views. The park includes a creek, pond, woodlands, multiple bike and walking trails, large public sports fields, and an 18-hole frisbee golf course, as well as a nearby public recreation center with a pool, gym, racquet ball, and basketball courts. You are within walking or a short driving distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, and bars. This home is 20 minutes from downtown Denver, 20 minutes from downtown Boulder, and 1.5 hours from most ski areas. The 1STBANK Center is only 2 miles away, and the Westin Hotel is less than a 10-minute walk. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am, and guests should be respectful of neighbors. Smoking inside is prohibited, and there is a $500 fee for violations. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of $75 per hour. Guests who cause damage will be charged the cost of repairs.
