CHEAP/EASY APPROVAL/NICE NEIGHBORS

IT'S IN TH HEART OF LOS ANGELES AND HOLLYWOOD. ALTHOUGH IS IS NOT A FANCY BUILDING, THE NEIGHBORS ARE REALLY FRIENDLY AND REALLY QUIET. SPACIOUS UNITS AND HELPFUL MANAGEMENT. SOME TENANTS LIVED THERE FOR MORE THAN 15YRS ALREADY BECAUSE THEY DON'T INCREASE RENT. YOU WILL ALWAYS FEEL AT HOME AT THIS PLACE. CLOSE TO EVERY MAJOR SHOPPING CENTERS AND DEFINITELY TOURISTS SPOTS. IF YOU LIKE THE CITY LIFE THIS IS THE BEST AREA YOU CAN RESIDE.
