We (owners) live in the front house, which means any issues that might arise get taken care of immediately. Tenants do not have to deal with a management company; we (owners) take care of everything ourselves. This is not a converted garage. This is one of the 2 original guest units located in the back of the main house (stand alone structure, the units share 1 wall). *Little piece of history: we bought the house from the original owner (she was 96 years old at the time) who used to play the piano score for silent Hollywood movies!
